This Privacy Policy describes how Mom's Helper AI (the "Extension") collects, uses, and manages user data.

1. Data We Collect

Website Content: The Extension accesses and processes the text contents of the active tab containing school notices when triggered by the user, as well as text or images manually pasted or dropped into the input zone.
No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any PII, such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers.

The gathered website content is processed solely to analyze, translate, and summarize the school notice body into structured todo checklists and Google Calendar schedules for caregivers.

Local Storage: Summarized checklist data and user settings are stored securely inside your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device.
No Sharing/Selling: We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third-party marketing networks or external entities under any circumstances.
Temporary API Processing: Notice text or images are temporarily transmitted to Google's Gemini API server for summarization and translation. This data is processed in real-time and is immediately discarded without being permanently logged or retained by the Extension's servers.
